Returns and Exchange Policy

1. NO RETURNS/ONLY EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED.


2. Sizes in exchange are subject to availability. If the desired size is not available, customers may choose an alternative item of equal or lesser value.


3. Any difference in amount for exchanged items (if applicable) will be issued as a credit note or you can pay the difference amount.


4. Please allow up to 7 days for the exchange process to be completed and the amount difference to reflect in your bank account.


5. When initiating an exchange, please ensure you have the pickup slip or SMS confirmation ready for the pick-up executive. Do not hand over the product without this confirmation.


6. For any queries or issues, please contact our customer support portal. You can drop us a message at support@nadfromgoa.com. Our team is available to assist you from Monday to Saturday between 11am to 8pm. All pending queries will be given priority the next day.


7.NAD may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
